THE MISSING SUCCESS FACTOR Employees who are promoted to their first supervisory position are technically proficient but often lack adequate leadership training to take on their new supervisory roles. Many new supervisors may mirror prior supervisory techniques that are not effective in the rapidly changing corporate environment. Others may be fresh out of college with excellent credentials but have no real life leadership experience. The missing success factor is building leadership competencies while examining outcomes that enhance the mission of an organization.
ENHANCING YOUR LEADERSHIP SKILLS is a unique, 4-day experiential and reality-based Supervisory course that enhances the productivity of your workforce.
The course focuses on eight basic concepts: developing and improving leadership skills, resolving conflicts, building effective communication skills, providing counseling techniques, enhancing customer service, understanding motivational influences, creating cultural awareness, and developing team effectiveness. Each training module is complete with hands-on learning experiences. The program is designed for participants to have fun while building the students' emotional intelligence as well as integrity as they deal with others.
LEADERSHIP TOOL BOX Maximizing each employee's potential is essential in today's business world. Participants complete the course with a tool box of leadership skills and more self-confidence about their critical roles in your company. They also analyze the effect of their leadership behavior and its impact on your company's products and services. We use three professional assessment instruments - Blanchard's Leader Behavior Analysis II (LBAII), Porter's Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and Rokeach Value Survey.
